Cate has worked at director level for over a decade at some of the top national and international recruitment companies including Westaff and Kelly Services, a facilities management company and a boutique career consultancy. She is able to leverage her network of head – hunters and recruiters within international businesses.
Cate has experience in mentoring, public speaking and coaching, all of which are available within the Cavendish Hepburn offering. Ian has worked within the financial services for over a decade before moving into recruitment and most recently a boutique career consultancy where he built and developed his network of International head – hunter’s to its current size, in excess of 5500 head – hunters as such he is well placed within the industry.
